Updated October 2026
Taren Point is the Shire's commercial and light industrial strip: warehouses, showrooms, workshops, trade suppliers and offices between the bridge and Caringbah. Rubbish here is business waste more often than household junk, and it runs on business timelines. A unit has to be handed back by the end of the month, a showroom refit starts Monday, a workshop needs the back bay cleared before new stock lands.
The rubbish removal crews we work with do steady commercial work in Taren Point and can schedule around trading hours, including early, late and weekend loads. They load everything themselves and provide the kind of tidy, invoiced job a landlord or strata manager expects.
Common jobs in Taren Point
- Warehouse and factory unit clear-outs at end of lease
- Office strip-outs: desks, chairs, partitions, carpet tiles and e-waste
- Showroom and shop refit debris, old fittings and displays
- Pallets, packaging, strapping and accumulated back-dock waste
- Workshop waste including scrap metal, offcuts and dead stock
What it costs
Guide pricing only: commercial loads are priced by volume and weight like residential work, from a few hundred dollars for a partial load to four figures for a full warehouse clear-out over multiple trucks. Scrap metal content can offset cost because it is recycled. Regular scheduled pickups can also be arranged for businesses that generate steady waste. The cost guide shows typical 2026 ranges.
The crew loads everything, which matters when the alternative is pulling your own staff off the tools to fill a skip.
Frequently asked questions
Can the job run outside trading hours?
Yes. Early morning, evening and weekend clear-outs are normal for Taren Point so the business keeps trading through the week.
Do they take e-waste like monitors, printers and servers?
They do, routed to proper e-waste recycling rather than landfill. See white goods and e-waste.
Can we get an invoice and proof of disposal for the landlord?
Ask when booking. Many crews can supply an invoice and tip dockets, so confirm before the job if your landlord needs them.
